Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProSignal Hub™ ("ProSignal Hub," "we," "us"), the Authority Signal Platform operated under the REACHology® framework by Dr. Trudy Beerman, available at prosignalhub.com. By applying for membership or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Membership eligibility

ProSignal Hub is application-only and curated. Membership is offered at our discretion to subject-matter experts who declare a niche and provide public evidence of existing authority signals. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership, and we may require continued activity to maintain a published profile.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Sign-in is handled through a secure authentication provider.

Acceptable use

  • Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not misrepresent your credentials, expertise, or authority signals.
  • Do not misuse subscriber data or send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing on ProSignal Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the platform — including within The REACHology® Report and connected ecosystem properties.

Content retention and account inactivity

ProSignal Hub keeps the member-facing surface current. Published posts are removed on a rolling schedule after publication, and accounts that become inactive move through a documented lifecycle — warned, then paused, then pending deletion — until activity resumes. We recommend exporting your own copy of anything you wish to keep permanently.

REACHology® and REACHologist® are registered trademarks of Dr. Trudy Beerman. ProSignal Hub™ is a trademark of its operator.
