This Privacy Policy explains how ProSignal Hub™ ("ProSignal Hub," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit prosignalhub.com or use the platform. ProSignal Hub is an Authority Signal Platform operated under the REACHology® framework by Dr. Trudy Beerman. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you apply or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and the profile details you choose to publish.
- Application information. To evaluate membership we collect your declared niche and the public URLs you submit as evidence of authority signals.
- Subscriber information. If a visitor opts in to an expert's profile, we collect that visitor's email address on the expert's behalf.
- Usage and analytics. We collect standard analytics such as page views, profile views, and link clicks.
- Payment information. If you transact, payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to create and operate authority profiles and accounts, evaluate applications, publish The REACHology® Report, enable experts to capture and export their own subscribers, and to measure engagement, maintain security, and improve the platform.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party providers — an authentication provider for secure sign-in, a payment processor for transactions, and analytics tools — that process information only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.
Data retention
ProSignal Hub keeps the member-facing surface current: published posts are removed on a rolling schedule after publication, and inactive accounts move through a documented lifecycle (warned, then paused, then pending deletion). Lifetime member metrics — such as profile views, subscriber lists, and badges — are retained. You may export your subscriber list at any time.
